Material Authentication
Upon customer request, we furnish a material certification for the components we manufacture. This certification, sourced from the raw material manufacturer, typically includes details such as material heat number, material grade, material dimensions, mechanical properties, chemical analysis, and more, ensuring transparency and confidence in the materials used for your parts.

Precision Checks On-Site
In precision machining, maintaining precise material positioning is critical. Our on-site inspection system automates the examination of positions, allowing for automatic adjustments as needed. Employing this on-site inspection system not only ensures accuracy but also proactively addresses issues at an early stage, resulting in significant cost and time savings.

Ongoing Quality Assurance

Upon request, we provide a full dimensional inspection report for all orders. This detailed report includes key information such as the quantity of parts, critical dimensions, threads and tolerances, thicknesses and depths, part appearance, and more.

Dimension Report

For parts with straightforward structures, we conduct inspections using vernier calipers, micro-calipers, and height gauges. In the case of more intricate products, we use Zeiss CMM machine for precise and accurate dimensional measurements.

Assembly Performance

We conduct rigorous tests to evaluate the functionality and performance of the produced components. For example, in the case of parts with threads or threaded holes, we meticulously inspect the assembly to ensure a perfect fit and optimal performance.

Visual Inspection

Color, texture, touch feeling and other physical attributes to ensure adherence to the desired aesthetic standards, whether the product or part meets the customer's appearance specifications or not, we strictly evaluate these encompasses factors for our rapid prototypes and injection moulding parts.

First Article Report

In the concluding phase of the inspection process, we furnish our clients with the First Article Report. This detailed report offers a comprehensive overview of all inspection processes conducted and their corresponding results.

Material Testing Certification

Upon customer request, we offer the provision of a RoHS report to verify the compliance of a specific material or product with the RoHS directive.

Swift and Effective Response to Quality Concerns

At MY prototyping, our goal is to provide outstanding prototypes and parts that align with your exact requirements. In the rare instance that your order falls short of your specifications, we offer the option of rework or a refund. Should you encounter any quality issues within one month of receiving your goods, reach out to our experts. Notify us of the issue within five business days from receipt, and we’ll promptly address and resolve them within 1 to 3working days.

Rework Conditions and Process

Upon notifying us of any concerns, we conduct a thorough review of the design and samples to identify inconsistencies. Subsequently, we address and rectify the reported issues, ensuring prompt resolution. Replacements are then dispatched immediately to guarantee satisfaction.
